Delete your Goblet account
This permanently deletes your Goblet account and everything in it. It cannot be undone, and it works in any browser — you do not need the app installed.
What gets deleted
- Your account, name and email address
- Your Winery — every saved bottle, rating, note and photo
- Your Taste Profile, Flavour DNA and quiz answers
- Your journal entries and Compass history
- Every session, so you are signed out everywhere
What we keep
Only what we are legally required to: payment and tax records for any subscription, held by our payment providers for up to seven years and never used to contact you. Scan photographs are not kept at all — they are analysed and discarded at the time of the scan.
Cannot sign in?
Email support@gobletlive.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you within 30 days, usually the same day. A paid subscription is billed by the App Store or Google Play, so cancel it there as well — deleting a Goblet account does not stop the billing.

Sign in and it happens immediately.
